All of our products and packages come with a one year full coverage warranty. Extended warranty coverage can be added to your order at the time of your purchase. All of our warranty plans have product replacement coverage. This means that if the product is determined to be defective, any portion of our system can be shipped back to us for replacement. All replacement items will be shipped to the customer via overnight shipping. The customer is then responsible to send the defective component back to Endlesspos.com within seven days.
